From walking through the front door I received a genuine warm welcome and being a nervous patient I was put at ease and fell listened to and well advised. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dentists but after my experience today with Patrick I won’t feel that way again, his calm demeanor put me right at ease he cleaned my teeth which I was very nervous of as I had very bad sensitivity with teeth cleaning in the past, well he was so gentle I was so relieved, I also had a filling and again gentle and swift professional work. My anxiety has lessened dramatically after my appointment today and I won’t leave it so long next time.
