If you have insurance which you wish to use, always inform us of this in advance of your initial appointment with us, as prior approval is required before we can treat you.

PRSI Dentist

PRSI

If you are working as self employed or employed & paying PRSI in Ireland for a minimum of 2 years then you may be eligible for a FREE check up and a subsidized dental cleaning once per year .

Dependent Spouses PRSI-

If you aren’t working & are a dependent spouse , then ask us about helping you to confirm eligibility for a free check up & subsidized cleaning under your partners PRSI.
Our reception team would be only too happy to confirm your eligibility for PRSI or indeed to help you see if you are eligible under your partner’s PRSI, simply call us with your PPS number number & date of birth .

Medical card holders

If you are aged 16 or over and hold a valid medical card then Frazer Dental are able to offer you:
  • 1 FREE annual check up
  • 2 FREE fillings – white fillings on front teeth , silver on back teeth
  • Unlimited dental extractions
Prior approval is required for certain treatments such as Dentures, Root Canal treatment (on front teeth only) and cleanings.
